Jr Ffa Age Requirements

Contact your state`s FFA and inquire about membership requirements and/or restrictions in your state. FFA is an integral part of agricultural education. To join the FFA, you must take an agriculture course at your school. Contact your school counselor or agricultural teacher to enroll in an agricultural education program and join FFA. More information is available here. Pine Valley Jr. FFA is an organization that is part of the New Caney FFA! Students enrolled in grades three through eight can join Jr. FFA. We meet the FFA chapter in high school on the first Monday of every month.

The membership fee is $20/student for the year. Junior membership fees must be paid by December 1. Students who join FFA junior can show livestock, horticulture, home economics, photography and art, as well as participate in cattle judging competitions. Active Member – To become an active member of an accredited chapter of the FFA, a student must be enrolled in an agricultural high school program.
