Mary Ann, Senior Director at Morgan Legal, has extensive experience in health administration, business and legal practice. Mary Ann is a nurse (St. Vincent`s Hospital) and midwife (Mercy Hospital for Women) and also received her Bachelor of Health Sciences (Management) from Charles Sturt University, her Bachelor of Laws from Macquarie University and her Diploma in Legal Studies from the Leo Cussen Institute. In July 2011, Morgan Legal acquired the offices of D. J. Thwaites Pty Ltd and Barrie J. Williams Solicitors, two long-standing firms in the Rosanna district.
In 2016, Morgan Legal acquired the shares of Michael Kelly & Company. Mary Ann has a deep sense of community involvement. She is currently a director of Austin Hospital in Heidelberg and is a member of the Victorian Racing Club, the Law Institute of Victoria, the Heidelberg Golf Club and the Victorian Music Teachers Association.
